There is no such thing as a general dress code for all the clubs and bars in Munich it depends on the club / bar.
If it is an exclusive club do not go too casual.
Generally no sneakers in clubs most bouncers will deny you entry if you wear those.
Also the more expensive the club the less casual the clothes of the guests. If you are too casual the bouncers will let you know.

Munich is just a enormous town with: restaurant, nightlife and accommodation entries, with hotelbye , you'll have a look. Munich may be the capital town of Bavaria and the third-most populous city in Germany. For centuries the seat of the Dukes, Electors, and Kings of Bavaria, the Munich Residenz is without question certainly one of Europe's many spectacular palaces. Laid out around eight large courts, the great resident complex comprises three main sections: the Königsbau, fronting in to Max-Joseph-Platz; the Alte Residenz, experiencing Residenzstrasse; and the Festsaalbau (Banqueting Hall) overlooking the Hofgarten. The initial area of the enormous complex to be built was the magnificent Antiquarium, built-in 1579 and today part of the exemplary Residenz Museum. Munich is really a town with a lot of record, make sure to investigate it whole.

Generally you have to look kind of nice to go to German clubs. For guys, a nice button shirt, maybe a sport coat which is popular with German men, but you don't always have to wear one. If one is required they will have them for rent, I did run into this problem last summer in Germany but they had Jackets for rent. Wear nice shoes, not sneakers. And ladies should look equally nice; a pair of pumps would work a skirt, or slacks, with a pretty top. Both sexes should avoid jeans and sneakers.
