Will any bus companies in Munich be offering round trip service to Oberammergau for the Passion Play this year? A phone number or website would be appreciated.
I emailed my friend in Munich and he told me about this web site
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU

I saw it videotaped, and yes, it is that long. As I'm Bavarian myself and used to play a minor role in another laymen actors' group I was interested in it, and a friend sent me that VHS tape. One cassette is good for an 8 hour recording, and I think she cut out the breaks, and it was 7 1/2. It's in German and partly in Bavarian dialect, but it's about the story of the passion of Jesus Christ, so if you know the story, you'll understand what's going on on stage. Do get your tickets right now if you really want to go, as Oberammergau has become almost as famous as the Vienna or Milano opera, and if you don't buy two years in advance, it will be sold out.

In Germany the city hall has nothing to do with tourism!
and the ''Portal München Betriebs-GmbH & Co. KG'' is the web design company responsible for the website of the city of Munich!
You very obviously have no idea of Munich or Germany!
Following your advice will cost people a lot of time and money for nothing!
